From the Maipo Valley, Chocalan Vitrum 2019 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied and youthful red wine blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Syrah, 9% Cabernet Franc, 8% Carmenère, 4% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. Lots of gorgeous flavours of dark plum, dark berry, pepper spice matched with brilliant acidity that needs a bit of time to marry and mellow.
