  • Orders placed during non business hours,  weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We strive to ensure accurate inventory management, but in rare cases, an item may be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.
• Shipping Methods:
  • We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Free Shipping for purchase over $1,000.
  • For purchase under $1,000 a standard rate of $150 will apply 
  • (Delivery service exclude outlining islands, ma wan, restricted area, airport etc)
  • (Extra Delivery Charges to Tung Chung, Discover Bay etc) 
• Address Accuracy:
  • It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
