There are some wine enthusiasts who think drinking is healthy as the saying goes, "Drink Less, Drink Better".
At the same time, there are some who are health-conscious. The process may vary, but judging from the results, wine drinkers may look younger than their actual age, owing to the antioxidants in wine. This is the same with people who exercise or run. At first, they may look tired due to exposure to the rain and sun, but in time they would achieve glowing skin. After a few years, they would look younger than others. This may sound irrelevant, but they do have the same subtle result.
Wine may taste bitter at first; it takes techniques and procedures, time and effort, to learn to appreciate. However, at a certain point in life, you will naturally fall in love with a few wines; just like running, it might be hard at first, and is not easy to discover the fun in it. That is why many people drop out when the craze fade, as they are not willing to step out of comfort zone. Some people appreciate hard work, but none hates comfort. I have a better understanding to where my comfort zone is after a bitter winter, when it becomes increasingly hard to get up early to run, and I frequently hit the snooze button until it is finally time to go to work.
“It is now or never” can be referred to many things in life. If you don't take action at the right time, you may never to have the same chance. There is a person who is a runner, a writer and is also a former CEO of a listed company. He wakes up at 4am every day, writes undisturbed in the wee hours, runs to work, leaves at 5pm to meet with friends, and sleeps at 9pm; because it is easiest to waste time during 9-12pm at night
His routine shows the old-fashioned way of determination. Working out improves health, writing enhances thinking, yet I believe for the most of us, the hardest thing is to get up at 4am.
